wake up to the tantalising smell
of sizzling bacon, fat sausages,
eggs sunnyside up or over easy!
Start with orange juice, fresh coffee
and hot chocolate a big fry-up and then
some toast and marmalade or buttery croissants with honey!
You will be ready for a full day of action on the slopes,
well at least until it is time to stop for hot chocolate at
the mountain top cafe!
Or a vin chaud if its almost lunch!

Crusty French bread with jarlsberg, jambon and local pates
mini rustic pizzas and croque monsieur
apple strudel and French patisserie
cool dry white

dinner at 8
or any time you want!
Let us look after you and treat you to one of our
legendary gourmet dinners after all your exertions on the slopes.
Spicy pear and blue cheese salad
followed by Italian braised lamb shanks with buttery mash
sweeten up with white chocolate and chestnut cheesecake?
Or perhaps wild mushroom risotto
roast rib of beef with green peppercorn sauce
treacle tart with vanilla ice-cream?
Finish with coffee, mints and you will be either ready for
bed or ready for après ski!!

us and we will organise it all. If its building client relationships
